The SPOT GPS Tracker locates your position and can send an email or text message to your chosen recipients or the emergency services with your position co-ordinates. The basic and tracking services are available through a weblink after purchasing your SPOT and cost approximately €99 and €39, respectively.
We sell and also hire SPOT (from £29.95) for occasional use or to try before you buy. Corporates or Groups with special integration requirements or bulk orders should contact us directly to discuss their needs.
We supply SPOT for Worldwide and European use suitable for configuration with Worldwide & European Mobile Phone Services. Non European models are not suitable for use in the wider European Region.
The SPOT GPS location tracker gives
you and your friends peace of mind by allowing you to text or email message them or an Emergency Response Centre details of your exact location co-ordinates in most areas of the world. SPOT GPS Location Tracker uses commercial satellites to transmit and receive data so it operates without the need for mobile phone masts and is a safe, cheap and effective way of sending your position whenever you want.
SPOT GPS is a valuable tool for corporate use but also for anyone wanting to send their location whilst out of mobile phone range whether over sea or land. The recipient also receives a link to your location on Google Maps provided they subscribe to that service.

€99.00/year basic satellite service subscription includes:
- ALERT 9-1-1: Dispatch emergency responders to your exact location. Unlimited usage included.
- CHECK IN: Let contacts know where you are and that you’re okay. Unlimited Check In emails included. Up to 200 annual Check-In or Help text messages to any mobile phone, worldwide, are also included in the plan. Additional text messages cost €0.10 per message.
- ASK FOR HELP: Request help from friends and family at your exact location. Unlimited Help emails included. Up to 200 annual Check-In or Help text messages to any mobile phone, worldwide, are also included in the plan. Additional text messages cost €0.10 per message.
Upgrade services:
- TRACK PROGRESS: €39.00/year Tracking Upgrade Option. Send and save your location and allow contacts to track your progress using Google Maps™.
- GEOS SEARCH & RESCUE SERVICE: €11.00/year (if purchased at initial activation; €150.00 afterwards). Provides up to $100,000 (USD) of additional search and rescue resources, including helicopter extraction around the world and reimbursement benefits – underwritten by Lloyds of London – for any emergency service expenses incurred.

The hire of a SPOT Satellite Personal Tracker includes the following services:
OK Messaging: Send an unlimited number of location messages to up to 10 e-mail addresses.
Help Messaging: Send your location and non-emergency distress signal for non-authority assistance.
Emergency Assistance: Search & Rescue services alerted only in an emergency
Tracking: Automatically updates your own, sharable tracking map every 10-30 minutes depending on terrain.

Terms & Conditions
Shipping the unit to you is charged at time of order
A security deposit of £140 per device needs to accompany every rental and will be added to your rental order
This deposit is refunded in full within 24 hrs of Extreme GB receiving the unit back in working order. If the unit is kept longer than the rental period, a daily fee of £5 is taken out of the security deposit.
You must ensure you return the SPOT unit via a traceable service. Should the item go missing during it’s return transit, you will lose the £140 security deposit
You may take your SPOT anywhere on your adventure, but billing has to occur in the United Kingdom.The SPOT unit must be returned in good condition, fit for further rentals.
